Bubble Goodness
I wasn't feeling good at the A2 Art Fair so I thought I would try some tea. A little Chinese restaurant sold Bubble Tea http://www.bubbletea.com/ . I tried the green tea mint without milk.
The tea came to me the color of dark green grass (not even absinth is as green http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Absinthe). Severed in a clear plastic cup, more then a few people took a long hard look at my beverage which had large black/green balls at the bottom. The balls reminded one of frog eggs or something fishy, inreality they were large pearls of chewy tapicoca. Yumm. The tea was a little too sweet for me. I'm sure I could request less sugar syrup. They also offered lychee bubble tea, so I'll be back to sample other flavors.
