A Good Year for . . .

 I don't think my buckeye has ever looked fuller.  I think this season caused the blossoms to stayed on the tree for a record length of time.

Thus far it has been a good year for buckeyes, roses, lavendar, rhubarb, asparagus, cherries, . . .

It hasn't been a good year for the peonies.  The lilacs were dependable.

This was the first year my Batik iris bloomed.
