Randy and I went tot the Kind Wamba Parade in the Old West End of Toledo. The parade kicks of the summer festival season in Toledo. Held in the historic district, the weekend events include home and garden tours, bands, yard sales, and a craft show. I really liked the the parade. It was short, cute, and quirky, like me.
